We will help and assist in every way possible should you have any inquiries regarding any products not satisfying your needs. However, please read our return and refund policy before contacting us.

Please note that orders can not be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout.
Product Disclaimer
Since all of our products are handcrafted, they vary slightly in color, look or craftsmanship. We thoroughly take good care in processing your order and shipping. However, our products are delicate , intricare and handmade, minor blemishes, loose threads can be expected during shipping and handling. A simple glueing job can address the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When submitting a return request, you must include pictures of damaged/defective items as well as shipping box opening video. Requests submitted without these will not be eligible for return. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional or customised items or gift cards.
Refunds as Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be assigned store credit/gift card of returned item/order value within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and haven't received the store credit, please contact us at shrijindiabazaar@gmail.com.
