Shipping policy
Once you complete the checkout, your order is sent for processing. Confirmation emails are sent as soon as purchase is complete.
We strive to process and ship your order as soon as we can based on product availability (typically within 2-3 business days) after the order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking details and estimated date of arrival. We use UPS to provide shipping services.
Shrij India Bazaar is not responsible for:
1) Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
2) Delays associated with UPS processing and delivering your order. We have no control over UPS shipping once your order is dispatched from our site to UPS.
3) An order that is marked as delivered by UPS but not received. Please contact UPS to obtain more information regarding your shipment.
4) An order getting lost in transit to customer. Please contact UPS directly for any shipment inquiries.
